The Modern Nest Real Estate team works closely with several local lenders who provide exemplary customer service and get our home buyers pre-qualified for a home loan. Whichever lender you choose, we can help make sure you’re asking the right questions and staying informed about your financial decisions!
03. Find Your Home
This is the exciting part! Once you’ve been pre-qualified, the Modern Nest Real Estate team will set you up on a personalized home search to receive listings as soon as they hit the market. See a home you like? The Modern Nest team will schedule tours at your convenience. When you’ve found “the one”, we’ll explain the contract in detail to make sure you understand how we can put together a winning offer!

04. Get the Keys
The Modern Nest Real Estate team will be there for you every step of the way in buying your home - whether you’re a first-time home buyer, property investor, retiree, or somewhere in between! Once we’ve gotten your new home under contract, we’ll send you weekly updates to ensure you stay informed.
